How to fold a bulk load of paper - set up a jig and a system easy

What do you do when you have to fold lots of sheets of card so they are all exactly the same? Card can be tricky to fold neatly so you need a system. You will probably get bored after folding 10 but what if you have to fold 100 or even 1000?!
I was asked by @PLEASECOMMENT!! How to fold paper neatly in bulk. Great question, big problem, how to do it?

Cool! I used this method, but drew black l lines on the cutting mat for where the ruller is. So I learned something new today. Love the trick with the ruller. I do have a scoring board though.

Many, many years ago I worked at a quick-print shop and had the mixed fortune of having access to a paper-folding machine. It was very nice to have as you could adjust it for a range of paper sizes, weights, and fold types. It wasn't a super-amazing thing but you could fold 100's of trifold/z fold/etc. within minutes, which was fantastic. On the other hand, it was incredibly finicky if you didn't set it up and adjust everything just right. I wouldn't bother using it unless you were talking about 100+ because I would spend so long fighting the machine. When it worked, it was grand! When it didn't it was like pulling teeth.
