The Borrowers was one of my favorite book series as a kid and that edition is beautiful! I also read Harriet the Spy as a kid and loved it - it was really popular at the time as a movie version had just come out from Nickelodeon - oh those old orange VHS tapes! The memories! Haha

If you enjoy Sophie Kinsella books I desperately recommend her 'I've got your Number ' book. I was first introduced to Sophie Kinsella after I read an emotional and extravagant fanfiction of based off her 'Can you Keep a Secret novel. I read the original and fell in love! After that I watched the movie adaptation of 'Confessions of a Shopaholic. There was no going back at that point and after reading and rereading all of her books my personal favorite is'I've got your Number'. I read it in 8th grade so my books criticism wasn't at all developed at the time, but i dont remember laughing as hard as i did with any other book! I hope you get a chance to pick it up!

This was such a great haul! I just adore Sophie Kinsella...Can you keep a secret is so good, I am sure you'll love it! And that edition of The Borrowers is beautiful...I loved that story when I was small :-)

Great video, Zoe! I might have actually squealed when you showed Harriet the Spy. :) I read that one (multiple times) as a child... in the early 80's probably. I had no idea it was still around. I just recently bought I'll Meet You There and am sooo excited to read it. Just seems like one I'll love.

Oh my goodness! If you want to read an AMAZING Angel series then the Hush, Hush series is one of my absolute favorites! It's so heart wrenching, an has a beautiful romance and a lot of danger and suspense! Anyone who can I would recommend reading all 4 books in the series!

Love Rosie, or Where Rainbows End by Cecilia Ahern is a great book. I couldn't put it down. It is one of my favourite books. Best to view the film and book as two separate entities though as they're very different.

Sophie Kinsella is my favorite adult fiction author. Her books are so funny and enjoyable! I read Can You Keep a Secret, and I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

OMG, mini Tom Felton in The Borrowers is AMAZING! I loved that movie so much as a kid!! I really want to read a Sophie Kinsella book soon. Which one is your favorite stand alone from her? This is random, but the dates on the side of the ARCS are the month number and the year. So, it's not released on April or May 15th, it's April and May of 2015.

HAHAHA I just realized that wow The ARC for A Court of Thorns and Roses had the full date on the spine, so I guess I just assumed that the others did too even though they are from a different publisher? I'm not sure what I was thinking because looking at it now it's so obvious. Thanks for pointing that out, though!

I read Love, Rosie before I watched the film and to be honest, this was the first time I've found the film to be better than the book .. I didn't particularly like the writing style, and I felt like it dragged on more than was necessary, and I lost interest /: however the film is one of my favourites, it added so much more to the story, and I loved it!
