Hey, I like what you've done here - you're artistic, and you're really talented at handling colours - But please tell me two things - Where did you find this great book? (Hardcover, but it lays flat... And the pages seem to handle your (gel pens?) and paints very well.) I've been looking for a physical book with just these characteristics to start my own project... But I haven't had much luck finding what appeals to me. Any way you could let me know how I could buy a physical blank book just like yours? In any case, you are very artistic, and I think you've done a fantastic job here creating a beautiful book! (Oh, and lovely hands you have!)...

It’s a Mont Marte sketchbook. I’m not sure where you live but it’s one of the more common art brands in Australia. I get mine from store called Price Busters and Choice Discount. This specific book is the the 200 page binder bound sketchbook but there is also very similar one that are 100 pages but the pages are much thicker.

In this book are her interested.....So she can write whatever she wants, chakras are not a closed practice. So don't be rude, when you don't even disclose what would be the problem here. It shows respect, when some does research of others cultures and religions, to educate herself

I have begun my personal book with the research about the food, is the most important for me, for the health, so I think I will never have the time to dedicate time to Cristal or all these themes I sow in every book of shodow or similar, but I'm attract and love them because they relax me.
