I enjoyed this book so much I wanted to share. Thank you Rich Cooper for putting this work together. I wish I had this as a young man, and yet even now at the age of 53, it is invaluable. Much gratitude.

@stresslee2 жыл бұрын
@@ddmound I don’t think porn is such a big problem honestly. I used to watch porn and literally have a woman for every day of the week, sometimes I didn’t even have time with the amount of women who wanted me. I’m not saying that’s all that proves it. BUT I think the real problem behind porn is that people waste their time doing it and instead of actually getting out there as focusing on bettering their life, physically, mentally, and spiritually. You know what I mean? Like when I was still doing that before I was on top of my game and I was chasing my goals while having women and I had no trouble. Porn only became an issue when I was doing nothing with my life. But it wasn’t the porn, it was the lack of motivation from not taking ownership of my life to become better. It was the victim mindset. And I was wasting my time. Even if you look at the nodal movement that’s all it really is. It’s people lacking discipline and motivation. Then when they stop fapping it’s like they replace all the time they were wasting with a better habit which is really what helps them become better. It’s not about the porn, it’s about having self control and not overdoing it. Also if anything with me it actually helped me watching porn. If I never watched porn I literally would still be a virgin with so many issues psychologically. As in being too anxious to even talk to a woman or not knowing what to do once I had one. Porn was literal practice on how to please a woman for me and let me tell you that from all the women I’ve been with I’ve never had a woman who did not enjoy how I pleased her.

If you're tired of being treated poorly by women, buy Richard Cooper's book "The Unplugged Alpha". It's cheap, an easy read, and will change the way you view women and relationships. I just finished this book and I’m going to re read it again, loved it and I love Rich. He’s a great guy for putting this all out there and making it simple to understand. In a way it’s sad because this shows how a lack of a good father figure really ruins people. It’s such a shame that a lot of us definitely grew up without that strong male figure in our life. But at least now we can learn and pass this down to our children. If you have any like I do at least. I was definitely lucky I had some red pill beliefs in me subconsciously. But I still made big mistakes. I just never got married or took care of anyone else’s kids because I knew better with that stuff even if I loved someone that much I knew there would be consequences.
