Hey Bookworms! 📖 Today we went book thrift shopping again and wanted to take you along with us. We found a lot of great find which you will get to see in a book haul at the end of today's video. 🛍️ We also made a little stop at Indigo where mom checked out the special edition of a book she already owns. I've been using nail polish remover to get rid of the sticker residue on my thrifted books. Just peel the sticker off, put a bit of nail polish remover on a towel and gently wipe over the book. Depending on the amount of residue, it sometimes takes a couple of passes to remove everything, but it has been the best solution I have found so far.

Good gone also works. You don’t need much. I use a qtip and then and damp paper towel then a dry one. You can also heat stubborn stickers with your hairdryer for easier removal.

First time in your channel🤗Are you mom and daughter? You look so young👌 Great book haul. Today was The Independent Bookstore Day so I bought a couple of books on one of my local bookstores and also went to a charity store. I found a couple of good books📚🤗

I sometimes use the hair dryer to remove stickers from the book covers The heat work to loosen the stickers glue.

Those darn stickers! I have used olive oil on a paper towel to rub off the sticker residue. Just need to be persistent but it has worked so far for me.

i usually just get a rag that is moist and start rubbing. it doesnt damage the books though it might take a few minutes of rubbing because the sticker kind of just falls apart
