I liked that he said "if anyone had taught me different theories, I would have just accepted it without a reason to think over. But to come up with my own theory, I needed to make sense of everything...and that's why I'm able to explain the way I draw." I feel the same way.

I can relate to this even though it has nothing to do with art for me. Kinda related to growing up, going on about life but most of the advice that worked for other kids beside me never seemed to work for me. Took me years and years to understand and make sense of my situation. Only just now, in my late twenties did I start writing down my thoughts in order to give some conclusion to my daily thought spirals as soon as I opened my eyes. My stupid ass realized that this I just rediscovered the concept of journaling. Nobody taught me this or other vital skills, or tried to help me understand the importance of it or how it would help me with my issues. As I am writing this I'm having an intense migraine episode but I'm resting in a dark room under a cozy blanket. I am content with my situation because of the clarity that knowledge and understanding has brought me. I am grateful for all the knowledge at my fingertips that I had the privilege of accessing in an instant. Same applies for my tinnitus, my balding head with grey hairs since I turned 13, my extreme sweating in palms and feet because of hyperhidrosis, my anxiety and self esteem issues, undiagnosed adhd and OCD traits because of an abusive childhood, the hole in my heart after losing my beloved pet, etc etc etc. The burden of all these issues and the thoughts that plagued my brain, lifted off me after years and years of trying to understand my situation and that is a treasure that only I can cherish.

Great to see a video where the author/artist themselves overviews it

I’m overjoy to meet in this interview a fantastic artist. His book if full of wonders, it feels like the art book is mean to be a Bible book for artist. I want to get one soon for Christmas 😍✨🫠. Thank I hope to learn to be a better artist when I get this book and add it to my collection. Art is full of wonders🥰
