Booker didn't grow up super into wrestling, it was just the only thing that kept him from a life of crime. With that perspective, to make money goofing off, doing skits/promo, while wrestling must've been a dream for Booker T.

Book was one of my all time favs back then, especially on SmackDown in the early days. My homies used to call him a jobber and said his stint as King Booker was corny but I thought it was crazy good in terms of acting and charisma. Book is one of the greats!

But alot of us were watching for Booker & Goldust, Jericho, Hardys, RVD, RKO, Benoit, Eddie and Dreamer because they brought something new every time.
