Whitby and Bakewell, two of my favourites. The latter of which I visit regularly - the father attending the sheep market might have its perks after all - although most recently, their corner bookshop was closed. We recently had a few "vintage" anthologies donated to the charity shop, and today was heartening when a teenager came and acquired the 1978 & 79 editions of 2000AD. In all my years with the charity, I've yet to meet a Bunty anthology. You've certainly some great finds here.

I'm glad Jeremy is fixing that cat flap so those pesky intruder cats can't come in and stress him out! I know your house is so inviting but they'll have to roam somewhere else. That convention sounded wonderful! Katy Manning and that elegant gentleman actor, sounds like someone you could listen to forever. I'm American so a lot of these British childhood things are unknown to me, Bunty looks like a treasure trove of delights. Oh, and that lettuce diva is my new inspiration.

For stressed cats I cannot recommend enough Feliway. You plug it in a socket and it releases a chill out cat pheromone. It changed our lives.
