Hi, kajea nandito sa vlog mo kasi kumukuha ako sa mga tip. Last year ko pa gusto mag freelancer nag enroll ako sa Amazon Product research akala ko mas madali sya kaysa mag bookkeeping pero hindi pala. Accounting Staff kac ako sa corporate company peru di ko pa na experience mag bookkeeping simula na panood ko vlog about bookkeeping lalo ako na encourage na matuto sa mga tutorial mo dito sa YT mo. Plan ko din mag enroll sa bookkeeping tutorial mo kaso diko alam if legit yung link nakita ko sa facebook. Nag enroll ako sa 2 days tutorial QB at XERO peru parang kulang pa.

When it comes to learning either QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Desktop (QB Desktop), it really depends on your individual needs and preferences. QBO is a cloud-based accounting software, while QB Desktop is a desktop-based accounting software. QBO is more user-friendly and easier to use, while QB Desktop is more powerful and feature-rich. If you are just starting out with accounting, I would recommend QBO as it is easier to learn and use. However, if you are looking for more advanced features, then QB Desktop may be the better option for you. I hope this helps!☺️❤️

Hi Kajea. TBH, I enrolled in an online bookkeeping course kasi affordable. Ok naman except mostly sa tinuro nila ay yung categorizing the accounts sa bank reconciliation. And if we want to learn more, we have to self-learn. So, Ano ba yung pwede namin ma-expect if ever one enrolls in your course? Thanks

Ask ko lng po pag cash basis lahat ng transactions ni client sa ecom bisnes nya diretso ba bank recon na? Gamit nya to purchase is credit card tpos pagpasok ng sales or income nya is tru bank account. Naka link yan pareho sa QBO nya

Hi Ms. Kajea, just a question lang po. Do you also provide things like spreadsheet to your clients that contains your notes or questions to them? Since Online Bookkeeping po ginagawa natin, may mga client kasi na di nagbibigay receipts for their expenses. Bank/CC statement lang binibigay. What if yung vendor is masyadong broad like Kroger, Meijer,etc. Do we have to ask what are the things being bought from these vendors? or ibebase nalang natin anong industry si client and use our professional judgement for this?

Good day po pwede po ba mag ask about bank recon? Wlaa pa po kasi kong actual experience kaya naguguluhan. nakukuha po ba ang bank statement exactly at the end of the month? Or next month pa po ?, maybe 3-5th day ng next month? If ganto po scenario,, edi yung adjusting entries for book reconciling items, next month din po nagagawa? Tia

Yes po may possilbe po na 2- 5th days po nakukuha but i would suggest po na wait nyo na lang po yung bank Statement 🥰🥰

Like gusto nya malaman magkano yung business expenses nya for this week base on the bank transactions or if gusto nya makita yung total profit this week sa bank transactions? Pwede ba ma categorize sa quickbooks yung bank transactions? Salamat po.
