I was happy to find this. I played it with my high school Wind Symphony at the National Concert Band Festival back in 2016 and this past weeks random parts of it have been stuck in my head. Thank you for posting!

Julie Giroux is one of the best composers I’ve ever heard
Playing this in my HS wind symphony right now, it's so much fun! The writing is so good and the trumpet part at 17:28 is especially fun 🔥🔥

When we played this in high school band, the 3rd movement was always my least favorite since it was hard to follow the counts. But now, I think it's my favorite. When I listen, I seem to soar through the sky on the wings of the wind.

i'm playing movement 2 in my band class rn because my director is doing a college presentation thing on the whole symphony. and apparently he went through the comment section of a facebook post from 2014 to find julie's reply to it for some symphony lore (insane behavior but i respect the grind). apparently the fifth movement isn't actually about the drawing it's officially about, but instead a photo of a young girl who survived one of the atomic bombs dropped on japan and had her whole arm burnt. i can totally see either interpretation work for it, but the snowy morning interpretation doesn't account for how much grief you can hear in it.
