I do know this problem - getting lost in my library - "The Cheshire Library" naturally! (bookplate and all) usually this cat just goes to sleep on a shelf when it happens. Eventually I am found by a character of one of the novels around and either swallowed by by the book or lead out in the light again - always end up back in the library though... Know "Cat Magic" well of course practise it daily! Teeth and Mists!

Nice! I like the idea of the little shelf risers. Them collapsing is something that would definitely happen to me haha. Thank you for sharing!

I love seeing your YA and Middle-Grade collections. All I know is Goosebumps and I need ideas for my middle school students.

get cheap wood to use as risers but then again the cardboard was probably free. nice tour!

Great tour video. You might want to do something about the walls moving around on their own. LOL.

This was so cute! I love your fun little videos and I know just how much thought, time and effort you put into each and every one. And it shows. Thank you for keeping us entertained on a dreary day in the UK. You know one day you'll find me lurking in the library, just popping up from behind a long forgotten stack of 90's YA ... lol. HUGS!!!

Great video. Appreciate all the trouble you have taken for making this. 'Fear Nothing' is a great book by Koontz. I recommend it!

This is so much fun! And I'm just adding to my TBR lists! The Reapers are the Angels was really good. I read it a few years ago.

@@LibraryMacabre I work right next to an amazing library and I commonly would roam the huge fiction section and randomly came across it and checked it out. I loved it. Turns out Alden Bell is Joshua Gaylord who wrote another amazing novel called We Are The Animals. :)

Badass library man. How long have you been collecting? How do you find all these books? Very impressive.

Same! I tried to read "Twilight Eyes" but I'm not sure it was for me. I didn't finish it, but I'll probably try it again sometime. I'm reading "Nathaniel" by John Saul right now and love it!

@@ethanmichael17 You should try Intensity an The Wathers by Koontz. They are intense.

@@SuperStrangSshadow Ok! Perhaps Twilight Eyes was too slow paced. Who knows. I'll definitely look into those though. I appreciate the recommendations!

Do KZbinrs actually read these books, or do they just promote them? For most of the books and channels, I never see a crease or page gaps formed from even a quick casual read
@LibraryMacabre3 жыл бұрын
I read them. You can read a book without cracking the spine. I like to take care of my stuff, especially when I have this many books. If I die tomorrow, I want my family to be able to sell off my books and share the money, and they can’t do that if they’re stuck with a bunch of damaged books that no one will want to buy.

@@LibraryMacabre excellent! Thanks for clarifying and providing reason. I'm just trying to find a channel the follow, for obvious reason, finding my next great read. However, I don't want 5o fall in the trap of many subscribers of many channels, which is following a tuber who has a vast library but hadn't read any of the books on the shelf and provide vague reviews straight from a review article for monetary gain only. I'm looking for a avid reader who still loves the old fashion art of entertainment/ and way of gaining wisdom. You've gained a subscriber today. Thanks 😊
