Everything u said makes totally sense to me. U need time to adjust to your new normal and grieve the life u thought u would have. The grief is like waves. Hello Charlotte, (please hang in to the end!), I found your channel because it popped up on the list of channels which KZbin recommend that I follow. I retired last year, so as a project and I am my selling books on Ebay. (I have several thousand, the result of many years collecting), I was more interested in the books themselves, than their values but hey ho, I'm selling the books to supplement my income. I could not believe it this afternoon when I found someone (i.e. you) who was so passionate about books, AND you read so many!! I can only get to read about 40 per year. I have viewed several of your vlogs so far. I'll catch up with your backlog in due course. Carry on with the vlogs, you are a natural vlogger and I shall keep up! Best wishes, Mick

So happy to see you back. Love the new channel name. I completely relate though my health issues are mostly different. Fatigue is my biggest issue too though. I have read, researched, joined fb groups, and tried dang near everything for any bit of relief. It is taking me forever to get to acceptance. One day at a time girl, we got this! :)

I believe that with the overdrive program with the library, you can get access to mags as part of your online membership. Wow, really been through it! In terms of rediscovering yourself. I'd say lost and reunited!

It’s so lovely to see your face on your channel again. Thanks for your honesty because you don’t owe the internet any of this but I know you’ve helped me to open up about mental health. A huge part of my mental health recovery has been assessing my core values and beliefs. I lost so much of myself to my illness and the fears it made me believe. I have, at points, been desperately seeking myself. I think I can now comfortably say I know myself again :o) I like to think of it as dating myself? It's a bit silly but taking myself on dates and exploring what activities bring me joy and what don't, experimenting with meals and cooking, creating new hobbies and inside jokes I have for myself. I continue to feel motivated to get to know you x
