Have you ever read Becoming Calder and Finding Eden by Mia Sheridan? I was WRECKED! It’s got forbidden love, a CULT, and soooooo much angst. I read them on KU right after I finished Archer’s Voice, and I immediately bought them to have on my shelf. So good! 💙💙💙

*Alone with you* sounds so good. I need to check it out. The books I've been obsessed with recently are: *Surviving Love* by S. C. Wynne (Such good banter between the protagonists and I loved the twists and turns the plot took. I really want to read more reality shows romances) *Stranger on a Shore* by Josh Lanyon (Perfect for the fall! It really got me in the right mood and it had very strong "Knives Out" vibes. Also, the "I want but I shouldn't" relathionship between the protagonists was excellent!). Hope you feel better soon 🍇

As someone with EDS, it’s the MFC’s mental struggles with the disorder that made me literally cry in His Tesoro. (And I’m NOT a cryer.) The chronic illness with constant pain and physical deterioration really screws with your head and that is what rang true in this one.

Penance is fiction! I've read Boy Parts by Eliza Clark and quite enjoyed it (currently reading an ARC of her short stories!). VERY different from your usual reads-would be curious to see if you ever pick it up. Feel better! 🍇
