I just finished Neverworld Wake and it was fantastic!! It’s not my usual genre of book, but I really enjoyed it. The ending was surprising and amazing. I am really looking forward to hearing what you think about it!

OH JESSETH you are going to love Tower of Dawn!! I am not Chaol's biggest fan but ToD is wonderful and I feel like you will be satisfied with where his character arc goes (I was). I know it has been dubbed as Chaol's book but it is not his only , the other characters are super fab. ( Little note here: I know a ton of people have been criticizing SJM for not including lgbtq+ characters and people of color - ToD has lgbtq+ rep and Chaol is the only white character in the novel).

For me the sun is also a star was a kinda dissapointment. I Just didn't like it. But if you like love stories you may enjoy it. One thing I did like was how in the book, we get to read small parts from other characters. It helped to understand the story more

I still haven't gotten through the 2. One. I've tried but I just keep getting bored in it and I'm halfway... And it's so weird because I LOVED the first one, I read that in 1 day. Magic Books you have to push through it, believe me when I say that book is GOLD. It was my favorite book of 2016. I LOVE IT. It has amazing, I mean amazing, twists, heart-pounding action, and all the character good stuff you're looking for. Maybe you should try one last time, but REALLY TRY this time. You won't regret it.

Ugh, I don't think I could choose a favorite Victoria Schwab book either and I've only read the ADSOM series (so far, I know, I know, I'm the worst). And apparently I will be rereading. I just put a hold on the audiobook at my library and I'm gonna blame that you. 😂 My favorite summer read so far has been Dread Nation by Justina Ireland. But I'm also hecka hyped for War Storm and Reaper at the Gates (which is waiting for me at the library, woohoo)! If you're looking to read more thrillers, I'd suggest Dot Hutchison's Collector series. I didn't used to read a lot of thrillers, but her books have got me wanting to pick up more.

I'm quite excited about Hocus Pocus and the All-New Sequel, coming out in July, and I might also buy Sea Witch, by Sarah Henning. If I don't spend all my money on pre-orders for this fall because there are so many interesting books coming out in September! Also I just bought Tim Floreen's Tattoo Atlas (or Anatomy of a Murderer, in paperback) and I'm super curious about it. And I still haven't read Autoboyography. Shame on me ^^

I'm going catch up with the cosmere. The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson was way better than I expected and heck, my expectations were high. So now Warbreaker, Words of Radiance and Oathbringer And I wanna finish the Temeraire series. Only two books left :D I'd really recomment the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. The books are big, but worth every word. And if you're in a mood for Schwab, then Our Dark Duet. It is sooo good

I personally dun bother with such things :/ If I wanna read something I read it, doesn't matter if it's season appropriate.

I'm right there with you about sarah j maas's books. I'm fully aware of the problems they have......... But they're still crazy rollercoasters of emotions. Tower of dawn is really vital to the rest of the throne of glass series as well. And chaol is my favorite character once again (after irritating me in queen of shadows) after finishing it!!
