Hi sir can you show us how you got the folio and invoice?

The Folio column shows you where you can find the other side of a particular transaction since the other recording of the transaction may be in another book. For the purchases journal, it is Important note that that this journal is linked with the Purchases ledger. When you buy goods on credit you normally receive an invoice (its like a receipt). On the invoice there will be a number, that is what you would record in the invoice column. However for my practice I made up those numbers.
