Reese I love you doing videos on your favorite books!!! I watched this one while having morning coffee and you are inspiring me to pick up old favorites. My favorite Y/A book is Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell, I’ve read it through multiple times and it’s such a good book for a trip or an easy read. It’s a hard hitter in some aspects and I definitely ended up crying during some parts. Try Midnight Sun from the Twilight series, and if you want a really great self help book try How to Do the Work by The Holistic Psychologist! Side note I’ve been watching you for a year now and this is my first comment, I’m so excited at all the new content you’re exploring!!! I love all the videos you make, keep being you because you’re such a bright soul!!!

The books that have become part of my soul are "House of Leaves", "Tommyknockers -Stephen King" (first King book I read and I was like 13 years old! I still remember it), and then "Fairy Tale -Stephen King" - it's not scary or typical of his at all and the fantasy mixed with reality is an amazing balance! I think its my most recommended book ever and I read it when it came out, LOL, as a classic my soul book is "Frankenstein", it is such a tragic love story and also a book that reminds you that your decisions no matter how crazy, can have massive consequences!

Hunger Games was def my favorite growing up. 😊 I never read the Percy Jackson books, but I just read the Harry Potter books for the first last year and I loved them so I’ve thought about reading Percy Jackson. You should read “the goldfinch” by Donna tartt! It’s my favorite of all time and worlds better than TSH to me(and I did love that one so that says a lot.) a lot of people r intimidated by how long it is but to me not a moment of it felt unnecessary. I was highlighting something every other page. I recommend reading it on a kindle, made it fly by. Here’s a quote from it to hopefully convince you 😉 “between anomie and trance, inertia and parenthesis and gnawing my own heart out, there were a lot of small, easy, everyday kindnesses I missed out on” that sums up the mood

"Bunny" was recommended to me by youtubers many, many times and I finally read it as a part of my next reading challenge (at the eginning of every year I read a book associatet with animal for lunar new year!) and I was dissapointed :c It was supposed to be a fever dream, but it's just too vanilla... If I ever had to describe any book like that I would give that title to "The Tiger's Wife" by Téa Obreht, "Gone girl" or even "Virgin Suicides". Anyway love those videos from you 💕 (and "Pride and Prejudices" will forever be one of my favorites!!!)

One of my all time favourites is “Memoirs of a Geisha” it’s fiction but I totally thought it was a true story when I read it. It’s the life story of a girl growing up in Japan and her highs and lows and triumphs.
