Hi Friend! What is one book you want to finish before the end of the year?

I want to finish Come as You Are. I've been reading It off and on most of the year and I'm ready to wrap it up.

@@CatInMac it's great information, but it reads kind of like a textbook. I have to take breaks to process and think, which is fine, but I need to shorten the breaks from a month to a couple days. Lol

Oh, another Alice Feeney! 🤓 Quite interesting books you have on the list. I'd quite curious about Unbirthday. i also love Alice in Wonderland - it's the first book I ever got as a gift! Hahaha I have EXACTLY the same feelings about dark academia, but the way you said it is the best way I've seen it expressed! 😂 And to be honest, I didn't like Babel, mostly because it was full of linguistic theory - word for word from textbooks on the topic I have read. And that made me kind of give it the sideeye. The characters were also kind of... forgettable. I really wanted to like them, but there was just not much there beyond the surface. Good luck with the reading!

Ahhh a fellow Alice in Wonderland fan ☺ Uggghhh I want to like dark academia but I guess I need to come to the conclusion that it's just not for me lol Babel is TOUGH to get through...I don't find any of the characters interesting so far....thanks so much for watching! ☺

I suppose I don’t have specific books that I want to finish but I do want to finish as many series as I can before the year is over. I always like to go into the new year with less series so I think I’ll be finishing the Infernal Devices with Clockwork Princess in December. I’m nervous!

Ooo yes! I would definitely recommend Heartless 😊👑 TBH, I've made it a goal to try to DNF more books this year, but like you, its really hard to put the book down once I start 😭 even the 3 in the video are soft DNFs, I'll read them one day lol Thanks so much for watching! ❤
