Oh my God, amazing! So worth it getting all those new shelves done, right?! :p I wish I had this many books! The books facing out actually give it more of a bookshop feel so I'm glad you were able to do that with so many of them. I was totally thinking the blacks need to be color-coded too but I couldn't tell from when you were oragnizing if you were doing that ':p Tbh though, the organizing bit gave me more anxiety than the shelf loading because I couldn't stop thinking about how much patience must go into redoing a shelf until you get it perfect xD Looks so beautiful

Totally worth it haha and yeah I really ended up loving the bookstore feel of them being face out. Hahahaha it is definitely a test of patience sometimes, but I have a toddler, so I've got a LOT more patience than I used to have lol and thank you so much!!

I love the look but will you find what you're looking for? I could sit and stare at it for hours though! Great job!

P.S. have you read C.S. Lewis' A Grief Observed? I enjoy his non-fiction greatly but haven't gotten to that one yet.

Thank you! And actually, yes! I am a very visual person, and remember books better by their colors/designs than their titles or authors, so it was a pretty natural choice for me to choose color-coding. I know it's not for everyone tho. It just works best for my brain :)

And yes, I have. I have enjoyed every single one of his books. The only one I had trouble with and had to read pretty slowly (even for me) was The Abolition of Man. It was really interesting, but it was close to being over my head sometimes.
