I am so happy to see your bakery/bookstore combo because I've been planning my own bakery combo for a couple of months! I once built a coffee shop/bookstore combo so it's pretty close. I love mixed community lots like this.

I think I built a coffeehouse and bookstore years ago called Beatnik Books...it's on the exchange and it's pretty bad 😂 But you're right, mixed community lots are so much fun to do 💚

Omg! I'd love this set!!! My Sims3 ID is noobersayswhat Love this build! I would hang out here all the time. Reminds me of this really cool Borders book store I had near me when I was going to school. I used to buy a book, get coffee and a sandwich and sit on a big chair and read. #heaven

I have been watching you for a while too 🤦🏽‍♀️I empathise with what you said about how we're just getting to see our friends again, the restrictions are even tighter now as we aren't able to see more than 6 even outside. Sometimes. if you use the testingcheatsenabled cheat, and right-click on an item, an option will pop up, to delete it. I've used this method when I've wanted to get rid of stuff and nothing else worked. In any event, I really love this build and plan to use it in a world I'm currently working on.

How do you Get books in the bookshelves when building library/bookstore? Cant figure it out. The boockshelves i have loses all the books 😅

I believe they should just be there. I used a book register in the bookshop part so any bookshelf clicked on by Sims should enable them to buy something. Hope that helps a bit.

Oh forgot, but Ambleside in the Lake District, Cumbria has a really cute Costa. There's a bay window over looking a road and it's pretty! They also have a sign on the door saying no Smoking, no Dogs, and definetly no smoking Dogs. Rover can't have a cigarette in that Costa XD.

There’s also Barter Books in Alnwick which is Huge and has a cafe. They did good Ginger Biscuits. If you’ve never been to the North, I don’t blame you... 🤣
