Banana bread recipe:
Ingredients:
100 grams unsalted butter
180 gr sugar
Vanilla essence
2 eggs
125 ml yoghurt
2-3 ripe bananas
250 grams sifted flower
2 teaspoons baking powder
Spices (cinnamon and ginger)
1 pinch of salt
I also add fresh blueberries and hazelnuts at the end
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ones (eggs, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla) in another and combine them together. Add melted butter and mashed bananas. Preheat oven at 350F or 180C and bake for 50 minutes until golden brown.
Bruschetta Recipe from Willow Winter’s book “For All He’ll Ever Be”:
Baguette
Olive oil
Garlic
Tomatoes
Basil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Crushed red pepper
Butter
Black pepper
Preheat oven at 350F or 180C, slice baguette in diagonal slices and place them on parchment paper. Make garlic butter from butter, olive oil and garlic and brush the butter over the baguette. Bake in the oven until golden and slightly crispy and let the bread cool.
Dice the tomatoes and season with olive oil, vinegar, spices and fresh herbs. Add bruschetta mix to bread.
Parmesan Brussel Sprouts recipe from Amelia Wilde’s “For Dark Reign”
Brussel sprouts (cleaned and halved)
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Thyme
Black pepper
Salt
Parmesan Cheese
Marinate the sprouts in all the other ingredients and bake in air fryer at 350F/180C for 12 minutes. After they’ve cooled off, add more parmesan to taste.
