About Boom Beach-
Boom Beach is a strategy game and combines attacks on other players with attacks against computer based bases. The game's story-line is set in a tropical archipelago with the player on an island with defences and troops (similar to the gameplay in Supercell's Clash of Clans game) Players can build their base, upgrading their defenses and other buildings, and unlock troop upgrades. Boom Beach includes single player campaign play as well as the ability to attack other players in multiplayer mode. It has been a top 10 game in 22 countries at its launch. The game pits the player vs. an enemy known as "The Blackguard" who are often represented by Lt. Hammerman. Apart from the main aspect of the game, there is also a cooperative form where you create task forces. Everyone must gather Intel (whether it be by surviving or ordering attacks, or by rewards), where then upper classed players then attack bases. Each attack lasts a day, with a varying amount of Intel in order to initiate, and the bases are separated from archipelago. What I really hate about Blackguard Builder Bases is that: 1. Most defenses are just mindless max leveled but the quantity is few resulting the base to be low leveled and ended up getting matched up with low level players, this could spell infuriacy very quickly. I.e: one max leveled rocket launcher could already be a base, but that could only be something like level 15 so it'll get matched up with like HQ 7s or something. 2. Most defenses are also mindlessly spammed to oblivion, theres a base that I got matched up with where there was an entire line of Boom Cannons, while could be defeatable by Riflemen spam, still shows one's uncreativity, theres another one where it's just an array of Level 1 Rocket Launchers (14 to be exact), as a low level player, even Tanks cannot deal with this spam 3. Both things could happen, there was this base named "Casa Hammerman", Four Max Leveled Rocket Launchers and Four Max Leveled Boom Cannons, nuff' said, it's been 2 weeks and I still am unable to beat this hellhole. 4. Uncreative names, most of the bases I encounter are just those generic super mario maker 9 year old bases and the names just take the cake something retarded like "Secret City" or "Unbreakable Walls" and "Island of Death" are boring, generic, dumb and extremely cringy base names. 5. While definitely the least annoying of them all, mindlessly spamming unnecessary buildings, and possibly putting them to max level, making them extremely difficult to break for low level players, Let's put 5 Iron Mines at Max Level! Put 3 Stone Storages at Max Level too! Then let's put only 3 Sniper Towers and a Mortar at Max Level making them low leveled! (I'm looking at you, Iron Side, whoever created that bullshit should go fuck himself.) 6. Max Levelling the HQ, PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS, if you're making low level defenses, that's great, but please fucking consider what the HQ level is gonna be too, imagine you're an HQ 5 and you come across something with only 1 sniper tower but a level 23 HQ, it'll never be destroyed and the timer will most definitely run out. So if you're creating a base just please consider balancing the quality, quantity and level of the base, if its meant for HQ 11s, don't just put 30 Boom Cannons at Max Level?! If it's meant for HQ 5s, make it have low level defenses, please be aware of what target level you're trying to do. Not everyone is atleast chosen to be a Blackguard base though (If you're just mindlessly spamming Boom mines, then you obviously wouldn't picked and is definitely just gonna be used for experiments and fun, that's great.) Please also remember that making a challenging base is to make it hard but beatable, make a challenging balanced base that everyone can destroy by planning and threading correctly, don't make bases that are impossible to beat just because you decided to he and asshole and spam 30 Rocket Launchers and will totally pull over everyone's damn hair. Impossible and Difficult are two different things. If you think everything should just be impossible and immovable, you're not fit to be a game designer, let alone create Boom Beach Enemy bases.
