I think this is one of the most interesting quilt patterns you have done - and the block pieces seem to be a fairly easy, straighforward combination! I really appreciate the fact that we have 3 choices for the block layout which gives totally different end results for each. Quite unique. I would add borders to "rest the eye" from all the busy patterns going on and, in my opinion, this would make those gorgeous stars really pop - but- that is only what I would do:-) Your quilt today Donna is really beautiful. It never ceases to amaze me how one block can be combined in very different ways. I also liked option #3 for the cloth chosen, which was the layout on the pattern cover, too. While the quilting was happening on the machine, I was not certain I liked the choice of peach thread, but once the quilt was done, I did not mind it. Thank you for the idea of piecing the backing as you. I always enjoy your videos, and like so many others, they are probably why I feel as confident as I do at tackling each new quilt. Too many ideas lay waiting to be explored!!!
