Williams Nwaneri has committed to Nebraska.... Also - Missouri's football account has DELETED the celebration tweet!!

Couldn't play in SEC
@IOUsRMAGICАй бұрын
The Nwaneri story is interesting, missing meetings and late for practice and the story of him missing a flight for a game? Going to Nebraska to reunite with HS coach, who does that really benefit? The player or the HS coach who probably promised he could bring Williams if he was hired?

The kids success or not is heavily impacted by multiple factors - their own god given talent, their work ethic, the coaching and development they receive, the talent they compete against, and even injuries they may receive that alter their trajectory. Every situation is unique and different.
@Bigworm1844Ай бұрын
Are they really bust or ya just evaluated them wrong?.. Tale accountability hopefully ya stop ranking kids based on what schools they commit to (specifically Sec schools) don’t put this on the kids..Ya just doing terrible business
@stifler5062Ай бұрын
Facts Sec schools has always hoarded all the 5star talent and don't give em the opportunity to play.why should they stick around when clearly they can showcase their talents elsewhere....?

Are schools not supposed to celebrate landing a 5 star?

@@On3Recruits How so? Recruiting is hard my advice would be to celebrate the victories. In this day in age transfers will happen it's a part of the game.

So Overrated these Star Ratings. Example I use is the QB now at Oregon who sits behind Gabriel. He was the Top rated QB in America and went to UCLA where he was a Bust and now is backup. How can you evaluate a HS kid, my Gosh. STOP with the Ratings. Soon they will be eating Jr HS kids, 11-13 yr olds

Recruiting might hold more risk than going after the transfer portal…not sure hope much colleges want to invest in development projects with the risk of those students transferring out once they’re developed.
@jessesewell7922Ай бұрын
I see a lot more value in 3 stars that went to smaller schools, made the starting lineup, often beating out 4 star players to do so. In this new era of NIL and Xfer Portal it’s all about player evaluation and development. Unless you are Ole Miss and your donors are so desperate they will just throw tens of millions at the problem til something good happens

People said Coach prime didn’t know what he was doing. Taking a select group of HS players and more older college proven players with multiple years of experience
@RoSaWa386-33Ай бұрын
I was surprised at the "got in trouble" or "had troubles at ___" candidates because there are soooo many more that aren't 5-stars. I can't help but wonder if NIL $$$ were their fantasy permission slip to get away with anything?!! Oops --- nope. "NO still means no.:

High school kids are finally learning that not only is it more fun to actually play than to be 3 or 4th string on a top team, but also the NIL potential is better too.

It allows lesser teams to land fake 5 stars too.😂😂😂 In all seriousness, if I suck it's much easier to convince someone else to give me $$$ over the people that been watching me suck it up at practice for the last year. js. I mean do you honestly think the original team is going to allow a legit 5 star walk after they invested a years worth of NIL/coaching? Me neither.
