I got a purple boomerang early on in ruins with the 100% velocity modifier and it was awesome to use. One shorted most enemies until energy labs

With the grapple hook, there is an item I believe that reduced your hook cooldown to 2 seconds. I feel with that, the grappling marks, and a shotgun, could be insanely fun.

Hey Haderaxe! I just recently found your channel (as well as Roboquest itself). I have a question as a newbie- I find myself very dependent upon health drops (collecting them is my only way to catch up on healing, at great risk of taking more damage) by fields/haven city. Do you have a recommendation for how I can improve my gameplay? I was thinking either 1. A self-healing class 2. A class/build that does so much damage it doesn’t care about having constant red health 3. A build/play style that does not rely on constantly risking my health to pick up health orbs. Sorry for such a long post but love your content and keep up the entertaining content 😊

Glad you’re enjoying RQ! It’s a great game. Honestly, not every rub is going to be perfect and I still die a decent bit, but the only thing that can answer your question is movement. If you just focus on movement, survivability will increase tenfold.

I guess RQ’s movement learning curve is slightly steeper (relying more on all 3-Ds w/ jetpack and grappling), but I’ll try to emulate what you seem to be doing: constantly changing elevation & moving in circular patterns. Movement greatly helped me improve in Gunfire Reborn (a cross between borderlands and BoI, just like RQ) if you’re familiar with that, so I’ll continue practicing. Thank you so much!!

Hey Haderaxe, im watching you for a while now and just figured something out you might like. I wanted to get a good sniper build going and went with two different ones to test which one works better. If you take 2 snipers you can switch all the time to cancel the bolt action animation and shoot almost nonstop. With the right crit build (i went with guardian but that was just what i had at the moment) it can get insane you almost oneshot everything. the main downside was that at some point you have to reload 2 weapons. Maby with infinit ammo elementelist it would work better? The crits are realy where its at though. Hopefully you give it a try. Havent seen it on youtube yet.

YO YOU SHOULD TRY the mini cricket with the commando class next its STRONG same with the battery mini gun, but I also found out that if you use Elementalist and get a good card choice It will kill iris in like..... Two minutes

I don't understand the sponge item/elemental damage. If shock doesn't stun, what does it do? Is it's value added to the normal damage as additional damage, or is the normal damage of a shock weapon increased?
