Boomerang UK - Next and Later ECPs (Footage Only) (2006)

I find this on Bloomac's/CartoonNetworkRulzz's vbox7 channel.
Sadly non of the original audio is present here and used the song Acceptable In the 80's instead with the roping sound effect playing in some parts when the character head's outlines we moving.
Also if someone has more info about these ecps including it origin and who encoded these then please let me know.
