​@TuriGamer didn't even think of that lol.. with the decay rate what it is and so many deployable used on a zerg base..one compound could lag the server for hours with 20-30 entities slow falling into the depths over and over with every wall/foundation crumble🤦🏽‍♂️ and im.sure with FP history of doing things there will be multiple times u can't loot a falling object until i finally hits the ground! Imagine its the red card they were holding when they fell😭

I think it would be cool if they made a couple trees in the jungle hollow and can't be destroyed. You could place ladders inside the hollow tree and build an actual tree base and add rope or suspended bridges to expand base to other trees nearby. The build designs would be amazing

I would like for the wallpaper thing to not be a building skin kinda thing, but instead a craftable, stackable inventory item that you "use" on a building block to change the color of the side of it you're looking at. If it functions like that, I can see it being easily skinnable. Community made base wallpaper skins, anyone? And if it works on not just the inside / soft side of a wall, then you'd essentially have the shipping container skin but for every build grade. Combine that with community skins, and it wouldn't take long for someone to make a camo skin for it. forest, snow and desert camo on bases, without spending thousands on cloth on the rugs using the camo skins would be cool.

@@agentelvis81 I enjoyed the earlier part of Rust. It was an Island with barely anything on it. You were a scavenger... One of the most fun things was taking over a raided base, and making it your own. Those things are gone now.

They both fixed and broke the heater at the same time. It heats directly in front (&behind) but no longer the sides… it used to have a 3m radius that covered 6 planters (seen in Fortify). Trying to ask them to revert radius but keep middle heating

Yet for the last 5 years it seems to by and large be the same game and require the same insane time investment. At one point Facepunch was working on a medieval project using Rust as the base for the game. I'd like to see more exploration of Rust as the base for different kinds of games. I love Rust, loved my time with it, but I simply can't commit the time required to succeed at the vanilla game these days.
