You know they technically hinted at Underwater Wano right at the start of the arc, Sanji mentions how the Koi climbing the waterfall are freshwater and not seawater, that's because the rain water isn't part of the sea. It was cool to see Shanks flex some haki, it shows that there's still a bar Luffy has yet to reach. And the Cross Guild reveal was tantalizing, bringing back enemies of old to a bigger stage, I am still hoping we get Crocodile vs Sanji properly in that. But the stuff with Carrot I didn't like, it felt rushed and a way to write off Carrot after doing her dirty throughout all of Wano, she had all the setup to be a crewmember after Whole Cake but then we lowballed her and robbed her of a W through all of Wano just to give her Zou in the end, which is counterproductive and proving Perospero right because she's being told she doesn't need to be strong enough as the Billion berry level dukes stay in Wano and leave Zou - a place that doesn't have fortifications and hosts a Road Poneglyph also - drastically weakened. Plus Pedro's will was not to lead Zou, it was to see the dawn, he wanted to go with Roger after all.
