A few months after Dennis Brown's untimely passing in 1999, Gregory Isaacs traveled to New York City for a circa 2000 performance at SOBs. Before the show The Cool Ruler sat down with Rob Kenner for some exclusive reasoning while ironing his shirt in preparation for the big show. Sir, I think the musicians are the Rootsradics. They were absolutely fantantastic. They performed with Gregory Isaacs almost every time. The band had to be extra special good, because Gregory Isaacs was so excellent!! He made no mistakes. Gregory had a perfect sense of riddim!!
