Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today, I made an orange cake bursting with fresh and juicy flavor.
I boiled the oranges myself and put them in the cake batter.
I made it with very soft soufflé dough, and the cake was even more delicious.
The side of the cake was so pretty that it was impossible to capture it in photos and videos.
It's a pity that I couldn't capture all of this beauty in video.
This cake tastes really good too.
Wouldn't the orange be too thick to interfere with the texture? don't worry about
As you can see in the video, the cake is very soft.
I made orange mousse by making orange pastry cream.
It is sweet in itself.
Also, I made jelly with oranges and put them between the mousse.
The color is beautiful and the taste and texture are good.

237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
● Cake finished size ( 18cm*6cm )
● Orange confit ( 3mm thick)
1 orange
160g water (1/2 cup + 2Tbsp + 2tsp)
110g sugar (1/2 cup + 1Tbsp)
20g Orange Liqueur- (optional) (1Tbsp + 1tsp)
Food coloring (optional)
● Orange Jelly
(Mold size: 13cm)
1 orange pulp
50g orange juice (warm) (3Tbsp + 1tsp)
5 g (1 tsp) sugar
2 g (1/2 tsp) powdered gelatin
10 g (2 tsp) water
● Orange Soufflé Cake
(Mold size 34cm*25cm)
65g milk (1/4 cup +1 tsp)
65g unsalted butter (1/4 cup +1Tbsp)
100g cake flour (2/3 cup)
1 egg (55 g)
4 yolks
5ml vanilla extract (1tsp)
25g milk (1Tbsp + 2tsp)
4 egg whites
105g sugar (1/2 cup + 1tsp)
● Orange Crème pâtissière
2 yolks
30g sugar (2Tbsp + 1tsp)
90g milk (1/3 cup + 2tsp)
110g orange juice (1/3 cup + 2Tbsp)
9g orange zest (1 piece)
10g cornstarch (1Tbsp + 1tsp)- (can be replaced with soft flour)
15g unsalted butter (1Tbsp)
● Orange Cheese Mousse Cream
140g cream cheese
20g sugar (1Tbsp+2tsp)
50g orange juice (3Tbsp + 1tsp)
10g lemon juice (2tsp)
5g powdered gelatin (1tsp + 1/2tsp)
25g water (1Tbsp+2tsp)
Orange patissier cream
170g heavy cream (60% whipped) (3/4 cup)
● Decorating whipped cream 120g (60g+60g)
● Mirror glaze

She is a professional baker, no doubt. And look how squeaky clean everything is - not a speckle of flour dust, not a milk drop on the table! Each move is precise. No wonder the result is so perfectly beautiful! If I was to try to copy that I would fail miserably, unless I was practicing making the same cake over and over again for a year 🤣; and by then I would have hated it. So, I watch videos like this purely for aesthetics of them; for me they have a clear sign across the screen "don't try this at home, done by highly trained professional".

Tastes amazing! I just made this cake for my family. I wanted to make something special for Easter and I tried this recipe. I have to say it worked perfectly and tasted amazing! I didn't have all the molds so I had to improvise a little, but all in all it isn't just a pretty video but it really works! Thank you so much for this wonderful idea! It takes some time and patience but for a special occasion I will definetely make this again. If someone is thinking of trying it as well I would definately encourage you! It is quite doable with normal means and without an extravagant kitchen setup!

Hello😊 When I found your channel & started watching I thought to myself I won't be watching anymore it looks like a lot of work for someone that has had chronic back pain for 20 years & can't stand on my feet for very long but nothing says I can't sit down & do it... I sincerely look forward to recreating this cake for the Christmas holidays. I know it will be a multiple day endeavor because WOW that process was so involved and I'm not sure how I will make a water bath for my sheet pan... but still! Something about citrus and Christmas time brings me back to my grandmas house. I think i would top it with chocolate mousse instead of the orange mouse as a nod to the terry's chocolate oranges

Me too, kuz who ever did it the first time my God, has to b a Genius. I'm a 100% that this Cake has to taste better than any other Cake with all those Layers of Cream, Pastry, all those flavors TGETHER, my God while I eating u Feel u r in Heaven.
