Today, I made a big chocolate coffee cake.
It's shaped like a coffee cup, so of course it would be delicious if the inside was filled with coffee-flavored cream, right?

I did several tests to implement what was in my head into a cake, but...

● Materials/ Ingredients
237 ml = 1 cup
15 ml = 1 Tbsp
5 ml = 1 tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sifting)
● Finished cake size [ 15cm(D)*8cm(H), hemispherical shape]
● Moist chocolate cake
( Mold size : 15 cm )
20g dark chocolate ( 2 Tbsp )
30g milk ( 2 Tbsp)
15g vegetable oil ( 1 Tbsp +1tsp)
(grapeseed oil, canola oil 0, olive oil x)
3ml vanilla extract
2 yolks
15g sugar ( 1 Tbsp +1tsp)
33g cake flour ( 1/4 cup )
15g Cocoa Powder ( 2 Tbsp+1tsp )
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
30g sugar ( 2 Tbsp +1tsp)
●Coffee Chocolate Mousse Cream
2 yolks
20g sugar ( 1 Tbsp+2tsp )
70g milk ( 4 Tbsp+2tsp )
70g heavy cream ( 4 Tbsp+2tsp )
3ml vanilla extract
3g instant coffee ( 1tsp )
5 g powdered gelatin (1/4 tsp)
25g water ( 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
80g dark chocolate ( 1/2 cup )
200g heavy cream (50% whipped) ( 3/4 cup +1Tbsp+1tsp)
● Gelatin for handle mold
50 g powdered gelatin
320g water
● Compound chocolate for coffee cup 120g
● Marshmallow. Decorative chocolates, various cookies, kisses chocolates...
