When I saw this video, I laughed out loud... I literally just finished watching the episode of Long Way Up where Ewan asked you (Charley)... "Did you get the recipe?" (of the chimchurri sauce), and you said "yep, I watched them make it" ... you were sort of hurrying as if you were trying to get away before they realized you were making off with the secret to their recipe, haha. Can't wait to try it! Brilliant job on Long Way Up, btw... really enjoyed it, and the whole series!

Charlie, your daughter is super cute! Hey, I saw an interview you did about your tours in Australia and I thought you could do one more series called Long Way Down Under where you just explore Australia and maybe NZ as well. Do you have any more cooking videos? I just finished watching all three series. I've watched the first two at least 3 times, this is the first time I've watched Long Way Up. I can't believe your daughter is almost 30! She looks super young and you look super trim as well. I hope you and your family are all doing well.

Excellent, you inspired me from waking up this morning to buying and making for my lamb chops tonight !! I just had to add it was sensational!!! I didn’t get the oregano (but will next time) and your quantities were slightly different to a lot of recipes available down here but I followed yours to a “t” and it a real winner !, seriously great , I shot a picture to show you but alas can’t work out how to here !! I’ll IG them , thank you both , love it 😊
