Welcome back! I love your awareness that people don't necessarily want to do things the American way. Wherever the SAD (Standard American Diet) is adopted, obesity rates skyrocket along with the "normal" diseases that are common here. As you say, their food is amazing, even though the poor may live with trash. Here, we live in cleaner conditions, but eat tons of trash (otherwise known as "junk food").

I'm so happy you're back and that you finally made a video! I completely understand the culture shock and feeling overwhelmed for a few weeks! I spent 3 months in Port au Prince, Haiti, and experienced the same thing. So happy you and Michael are reunited!
