@citypopradioFM Жыл бұрын
He dresses and lives like a rap star but his lifestyle is owed to his nonstop grinding and work ethic. Boosie isn't even mainstream like that as an artist but he's tremendously street famous so he can show up and sell out clubs or venues, get a big paycheck, and immediately onto the next one while building other revenue streams as an independent artist not having his money chopped up through 5 greedy entities before he gets what's left like most mainstream major artists. He's doing what you're supposed to be doing if you're an artist and that's tremendously dope to see. It was corny when folks made fun of him for offloading his Rolls after his ridiculous firearm arrest to pay a retainer to an A-list attorney. It's just a car, he already owns a bunch, and he'll buy a better one when he settles his legal business. Cars depreciate by the day so it speaks to the ignorance of people, honestly, and I feel like if they saw his estate and how he takes care of his family that they learned to feel stupid.
@joojoobaw Жыл бұрын
tbh I think that property WOULD sell. Obviously the very rich buyer would have to do some work to un-Boosiefy it, but it wouldn’t be a bad investment for some land developer/builder. They’d already have several buildings & community amenities ready to go

I bought a home out in the Georgia country on some acres in the middle of a forest but sold it after a year. It was cool at first living in the country but soon got boring as f and so much more work and critters to deal with. Also, you have to deal with well water and a septic tank. My neighbor's well went dry and cost him 15k to drill a new well that he hopes won't dry up again. Also, being so far away from everything and driving on those long boring country roads to get anywhere you want to go was irritating. I ended up flipping it for a nice profit and went back to the burbs to my other house, its nice being close to everything again.
