VHB Engines Hey bud nice videos. Just subbed you. I'm pretty new to turbo. just Traded for a really really ugly 92 four door. suspension worth more than the whole rest off the car. Any way was told i was on Neptune. Do you think a tablet will run Neptune or is it like netbook at the minimum. Id like to mold the tablet in kinda where its like a usable interface/second guage stereo youtube, VHB now. lol sorry lengthy no social media for this f*#:!=: guy here.. i hate long lines

Waterproof Roberts I don't know which system to go with the be able to have an active interface like what your describing. Closest I've seen was dataloging while still plugged into on a laptop

Congrats on 556 subs. as long as you keep good content coming the channel will take care of itself. im currently doing a b16a2 build. not my desired choice but i got the running engine for a good price so a simple piston and rod build and a turbo is all this Bitch will be getting to go for about 500 pony's

Crome does have boost by gear in the dealer version the free version that most people use doesn’t support BBG

yeah for that 6262 guy. id maybe go for a 5858. still hit 500 but will do better for lower if needed. but chris you should do a boost n reliability. topic. i can keep a motor past 30k. on the 4th now lol

My 88 civic is in the 300hp neighborhood and without boost by gear, 1st gear is gone in like 3 seconds and 2nd spins all the way down the street. The car weighs 2000 lbs... I agree with you for the most part but some cars are just so light and make too much torque in the lower gears. I'm spinning a bit in 3rd as well. So boost by gear is the only way for my set up to get traction. I'm running a built single cam and TD05H 16G on 24 psi and tuned on E85 with ECTune.

VHB Engines yeah i know precisely what you mean sir. If I were running a turbo B18 or B20, VTEC or not, I'd run an LS trans for sure--- bigger displacement needs a bigger turbo as well as gearing to load the turbo up. It's all about combination. As for my set up--- it's more the opposite. I have a small weak motor with a quick spooling turbo and shorter gears...I need those shorter gears to get the small amount of exhaust pressure to work for me. I know I'd hook in 1st and 2nd better with a DX trans, but acceleration would suffer after 2nd gear. I'd have to be on the turbo more than I am now..! My turbo/trans/engine combination is really good for the street/highway. Lower boost 1st and 2nd, then full boost 3rd 4th and 5th, while still quick spooling. I guess you'd have to take a ride with me to see what I mean. But I do see what you mean😁
