I just received my order, fibers with applicator pump. I cannot remove the top of the fiber bottle to attach pump. It won’t loosen up at all!!

Hi Sharon, it's best to style your hair first and then apply to fully dry blow-dried hair. You could even ask the hairdresser to help apply the fibres before finishing with hairspray.
