20:45 So apparently your car is too nice to sell into the budget markets, at least at your current production levels. Which makes sense, when you consider that the budget markets have basically no money. Oh, and the family sport market gets a little weird because I think in the early years there's literally no cars targeting them that have any sportiness at all? Which means that they basically just act like the other family markets. That's how it used to be anyway I don't know if it's still the case after they rebalanced the competitors.
