Have you ever install any add-on before on your Kodi? This video assume you did......If you haven't before, the reason why it could be failing is because you haven't enable downloads from 3rd party sources in (kodi)settings

Jerome Junior I also tried. I put allow install from unknown sources. It still say add-on install error.

Never mind my last comment. Figure out the issue you are having. The URL for Ares Wizard was recently change. Here is the new address * "aw.ares-project.com/" *

I was able to install it on my firestick and it works fine. I'm trying to install it on my friends and it brings up an error message after I name it magic, "couldn't retrieve directory information. This could be due to the network not being connected. Would you like to add it anyways?" When I do add it, nothing happens it won't let me download anything. Do you know what could be the problem?

I checked the network or WiFi and everything is fine. I'm comparing the settings on hers to mine but we can't find anything

Jerome Junior OK I put that one and went to Install from Zip, clicked magic, and the only one that comes up is script.areswizard-0.0.61.zip When I click on it, a pop up on the right says Failed to Install Add-on from Zip file.
