So the lsa charger has a front mount and need to do a box cooler? Looks like a lot of work I don't think I could do at home. Specialy pinning the computer lol

PWMing a waterpump can speed up and slow down the flow which could help find the sweet spot for optimum cooling in different situations and give best IATs. Probably be a pain in the butt to setup on E38 PCM but.

Yeh that makes sense, we have ended up with the smaller 15lph pump from davies craig and just hard wired it to ignition. Our thinking is that if IAT’s are getting too high we will swap it for the 23lph pump and see what difference it makes.

Wasn't that a case of the old spray paint curse, where the can always has a lot less in it than you'd think it would? :P I got an exhaust manifold custom made for the Stagea, I'd really like to have it ceramic coated I'll have to look around to see if I can have it done locally, cause with covid and all, there is no way I'm sending it to be painted elsewhere... not if I want to have it back in a timely fashion. I know, I know, that's very much my problem, but I thought I'd share the frustration a bit. Great video as always, keep it up. :)
