Rotary or Brushless? On rotary it's OK, on brushless i do it with the rate of less than 4-5% failure BUT it's never 0 I don't think you do it with 0% failure rate !

I’m thinking about getting the Vapor and do the philthy bendz master blade mod on it. I have it on my magic clip and it’s pretty solid. Master Blade with 8000 rpm behind it would be nuts. Plus the purple magnetic guards. Perfect. What do you think?

a very good option to put your favourite blades on it is VGR V-137, It worth trying.

It's actually an interesting blade combination. About the battery, it's LG 3500mAh battery and you don't need to change the circuit.

Yeah it's OK, super-torque shaft gives you a better cutting experience not necessarily a better performance

It's stressful, i like to do it. Boosted Wahl Series does not get damaged, it only needs yearly change of cam follower and "that keep blade oiled part" because of the high-torque, high RPM and heavy dynamic blade. When i'm not there to guarantee and support Boosted Wahl Series, i see this as unethical business model because i strongly believe every individual or group should be responsible and available for the service/product they offer. But i'll think about it, i should see what options Amazon offers.

I was about to say the motor is 8000-8800 rpm brushless battery is 2 hrs. Maybe more. Thats already boosted. The blade is really good according to youtube barbers. Bro. ????????? By putting that blade on being heavier which will cause less rpm and therefore more load on the battery runtime. So the clipper has being de- boosted were not smarter. Then the engineers who made that clipper.

It's the good thing about Wahl cordless, you can always go a little bit more. A 7000 RPM motor with the heavier blade will cut much better than a clipper with 8000 RPM and lighter blade. Runtime with heavier blade will be more than 3 hours with the battery i use. What else a barber wants?

Only on Wahl this is challenging to take of the shaft and this is where things can go wrong, on other any clipper, let's say babyliss, it's easy.

Мой друг💈 чем легче лезвие тем лучше, здесь мотор потянет и тяжелое лезвие но необходимо смазать верхнюю часть направляющей которую смазывают очень редко…. Самое лучшее динамическое лезвие у babyliss так как его зубцы очень острые и длинные и угол зубца очень острый что дает лучше захватить волос. Тяжелое лезвие работает как маховик как гильотина своим весом рубя волос легкое лезвие забирает силу от двигателя давая большие обороты но не усилие. Тонкие лезвия для магнитных машинок имеют круглую часть зубца который также очень широкий он сделан так чтоб компенсировать недостаточную амплитуду движения у пивотных моторов и закрыть расстояние для среза волоса он не режет а давит волос и делает это на больших оборотах… В плане замены вала я замерял диапазон отклонения вала у wahl 5mm и у вала от babyliss триммера те же 5mm по этому не вижу смысла менять и не пойму где там вырастет крутящий момент если амплитуда ножа 5мм на обоих валах, может я ошибаюсь и у вас на вашем валу 6-7мм тогда есть смысл менять вал но 5мм достаточно чтоб перекрыть 2-3 зубца нижнего ножа движением в одну сторону

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. There is no reason to use a lightweight blade on Wahl's mechanism unless you are not sure about the quality of motor. A babyliss-like mechanism should use it, even babyliss goes with heavy dynamic blade because they trust their parts. The reason that they use light weight blades for AC is only because they can't handle the weight. About the shaft, the shaft i use surely makes a different. These are not opinions, these are tested scenarios, everything i do on Boosted Series is a test scenario.
