Very important for me. When on Bluetooth in a call, does it have an option to MUTE the microphone from the unit's display? If it does, is it working properly? I have similar unit where MUTE just transfers the call entirely from the unit to the phone and back as I press MUTE. Thank You

Yes, it can work properly, you can short click the reset button. but if you want to transfer the call entirely from the unit to the phone back, you can click the button on the bluetooth page. you can contact the customer service support for more information.

I have the panlong obd2 scanner and I'm trying to pair my torque pro. I'm having a bit of difficulties. It's showing it's connected to the head unit but once I launch the torque pro app it shows no Bluetooth device paired. Did any else have issue in that area, and if so are there any solution would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I have just installed one of these in my Lancer Evo and still trying to set it all up, though I seem to be having an issue with the Music Player that is installed on 5.1.1 Lollipop. I can play audio tracks, but some of my downloaded track will not play. These seem to be tracks of DJ live set of 30 minutes and above, I get the message "Unfortunately Music has stopped" Message. I've tried clearing the data, the cache with no success. I've downloaded Poweramp, it plays the file no problem, the problem with poweramp it doesn't recognise the next track buttons from the steering wheel. Any help would be appreciated.

I just got my radio like yours, but it's on a newer OS. Mine didn't come with the SD Card port, but also, I can't program the steering wheel. I went through the settings but nothing happens when I press the buttons on the screen. Can you help?

From what I've seen you can set how long it stays on after the key is turned off.

I need to clarify that the screen should turn off after a few seconds when you turn off the car, it will stay on when you leave the ACC on. But depending on the settings its not off, just in stand-by mode. Now depending on the settings if you turn the ACC on or start the car within 2 hours it will come up almost instantly, not the long 20-30 secs it normally takes. You need to go into the Setting to change this, then down to 'Extra Settings'.
