3:22 is where I crashed at, this past weekend, little OTB Spice. Don't beat yourself up too bad, good idea to get a look see at the trail and then work it the second time! Also harder on a bike you're not familiar with. I think I might have been out there that day, maybe spotted my truck in the beginning of your video. Nice!

Got a ride in in Vegas last weekend. Props to Las Vegas Cyclery and their super quality rentals. Trails only two miles from the LBS...a park and ride location for sure. Same chunk as in your vid!

The Ted Cottonwood has some nice flow trails and I really like Bear’s Best trails right by Las Vegas Cyclery. Bootleg also has a good mix of blacks, blues, greens

As a northeast rider, loose over hard pack west coast terrain is a bit un-nerving. Plus, rattle snake obstacles make things interesting!

Best place to rent quality bikes for bootleg is all mountain Cyclery at the base of the mountain. Happy shredding ps that waterfall on snake back is much scarier in person!!

Terry MTBnurse I live in CO and honestly there’s not one bike that doesn’t suck out here. Maybe a FS 29er (mid travel) if you had to go with one only. You’ll love it out here

👋 hi, I’m from Las Vegas and I trying to understand this mtb world bike and that’s why I’m following you with your videos . Do you think I can use a Ibis ripley or a tallboy for this kind of trails.? If so . What would the best ? Or am I wrong and I have to use a different bike for that trails ?

Hey jose. I would actually prefer to ride a TB than the bike I was on in the video. A Megatower or Ripmo though would be more ideal to ride here though.

Should I buy two bikes you know like ibis ripley and ripmo or we have bikes that can do both ? 😂 I know I have dumb questions , but again I’m new in this mtb world .
