bro you should completly turnoff your device then press both of the volume buttons if that don't work also press power button too and sometime pressing all three buttons simultaneously work, BUT YOU HAVE TO INSTALL MTK ALL DRIVERS SETUP 1ST AND THE DRIVERS I SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO SHOULD BE INSTALLED AS WELL.

Bro Redmi 9 has very few roms and recoveries, as far as i remembered when i had hands on rm9 there is only one recovery which was working with some black and white theme, i don't remember it's name but custom roms were not quite good in rm9, I suggest you to use stock rom and root only.

Hello, I did it all. And the Brom was done sucessfully and my drivers were all installed. I tried this several times, resetting phone and drivers, but always get the same problem: dm_verity corruption. How can I get the same result as you? I did it all the same but it just won't work. The phone is Redmi 12 4GB RAM 128GB ROM, as far as I know it's mediatek. Thank you in advance.

hi Bro have you restarted your pc after drivers installation? Install mtk all drivers and drivers in zip, then reboot pc, then use the tool If can unlock try with different version of windows, windows 10 64 bit is recommended

lol, this is what people call brick phone. i really hope you are able to take off the back cover of your phone to perform some technical things to unlock it and revert it back to official ROM, happened to me once, I was so scared but it is not that big of an issue, it is just about losing your file, that's all.
