bootmod3 New Live Dash Features Preview

Shows a preview of new bootmod3 live dash features coming in version 0.10.101 including:
- Two entirely dash layouts: Bar Graphs and Live Charts
- Auto-datalogging: Starts logs based on configurable pedal input and cut off after lifting off in seconds
- Auto-display datalog chart after capturing a log
- Peak min and max values showing on bar graphs
- Dash data Pause and Reset functionality
- Highest data throughput logging with ability to log over 70 channels concurrently at over 20 samples per second
