This update looks way easier then other competitors, my question is you purchase your tune license. Do you have to pay for separate tune let’s say you do stage 1 93octane and 4months later you want to do stage2 93 octane would you have to pay again? As you said you can download any other ots maps. Maybe you can help me to understand a little better.

Im having trouble datalogging with the new app update. The only button i see on the dashboard is the “autolog” button but when i click it and its highlighted it doesnt seem to log as the logs to not show up under my “datalogs” tab on either cloud or local. Any advice?

Autolog starts a log when you go past a certain accelerator pedal value. Basically when you go WOT it’ll start to log on its own and stop when you let off. You can configure the threshold for autolog start in the menu under dashboard -> datalogs config. Default is set to auto start logging at 70% of the accelerator pedal down. To start logs manually you can double-tap anywhere on the screen and double tap again to stop it.

Love the graphic design except the new dashboard seems goofy and I prefer the old bar look. Simpler looking matters, like checking guages while driving. Also there is a bug of Auto-log, It doesn't activate or upload logs someatimes. Well done for the new version again!

Bug for autolog was fixed already. Make sure to get version 2.0.3 or later on your mobile. Dash you can change the layout to a list from the menu, go to dashboard and change layout from default gauges to list. We have to say, we MUCH prefer gauges but to each their own :)

OTS Maps are now managed entirely in the OTS Maps screen. You choose your octane using the octane selector on the right of each ots map, download, flash and configure them right from there. My Maps is reserved now for custom maps and the stock tune. Its done this way to simplify out map layout and management of updates.

Maps are not gone. App brings about a new redesigned user interface which reorganizes maps layout. All the OTS Maps are now under the OTS Maps screen. You choose your Stage and use the octane selector to select the octane level including the MultiMap. That’s where you also configure, download and flash maps from. Its a much more organized layout than before simplifying the OTS Map screen.

You can rest assured it will do better than any other canned tune you could have gotten out there. Later you can custom tune as well.

The wifi adaptor works great for datalog in and diagnostics but out of curiosity how do I go about uploading maps? Since I need an actual wifi connection but the connection to the adaptor seems to prevent me from having internet?

In general you’d just download any map you need first and then connect to car, flash, run dash, log, do diag, etc. On iOS you can copy the ip and subnet from the wifi settings and change it from Automatic to Manual and copy them in, leaving Router blank. Leaving Router blank keeps your internet and vehicle connection going at the same time. Android doesn’t unfortunately allow this option so there just download maps you need before connecting to car that’s all.

It has double tap but you can use autolog, its easiest and most convenient

Make sure you use the octane selector to choose the map you actually have access to from before. Once you find say Stage 2 in the OTS Maps screen, choose the octane by tapping on the dropdown on the right and it’ll show you all octane levels available. Awesome app! I noticed when my OBD is connected to the wifi connector in the car, that there is no internet connection, only the OBD is connected. Am I doing something wrong? It's never both green at the same time. Always one or the other.

If you’re on iOS you can keep both on at the same time by switching wifi settings from automatic to manual and copying the ip and subnet over, leaving Router blanked out (this is what keeps your internet and vehicle connection on).
