just did my interview! was a group interview, only two other people showed up alongside me. They asked us three questions each (all the same to everyone). The first question was “Tell me about a time when you handled a customer complaint”, second question was “Tell me about a time when you had to prioritise multiple tasks” and the third and final question was “Tell me about a time when you had to work as part of a team to achieve a goal”. I expected there to be a second stage (face to face) but hiring manager said that would be all and asked if we had any questions! Hopefully i get it, will update!!

@@fatima1777 There is no “correct answer”, It’s just based off of your own experiences. They’re looking for you to speak about work related answers, not personal ones. So i spoke about about my experience from my previous job when i was on the tills and a customer was attempting to return a product that was beyond the return policy and how i handled this situation (for situation like this, just make sure to say how you remained calm, professional, and showed understanding and empathy to the customer), for the second question i talked about a time at my previous job where the delivery was taking longer than expected and had to manage multiple tasks at once (on tills, asking customer queries) and then the third question i talked about how me and my coworkers were tasked with sale products and ensuring everything was priced down before the store opened. Make sure to bring your right to work documents as i wasn’t able to and hence this has slowed down my application. I haven’t heard anything back from them yet! :( But i hope this helps, good luck with your interview on monday!

I was told to tell them about myself, they didnt ask me why i want to join boots and what i can bring to the role, they gave me the first scenario, they didnt ask me about the team, they asked me on how to deal with the fustrated customer. At the end ask a question when they say do u have a question. The scenerios they give there are 6 and they choose 3 that u have to answer. Hope this helps i mostly blabbered on 😂

first tip is, its not always going to be a physical aspect (such as going around the store and speaking to customers. not all stores do this and mine didnt) most questions were on customer service and how you are able to use your skills to adapt in a workplace some questions i remember: why do you want to work at boots / why do you think youd be the right fit for boots what would you do if a customer was upset/ offers a complaint (by staying calm etc) what are some things you like about the store/ some things you would change. how would you sell a product to a customer (such as describing details etc.) how can you tell if a customer needs help (etc. confident customers vs not confident customers) thats all exactly i remember but if you nail customer service such as how to please customers im sure youll do fine!!

@@shreyas9318 the role was customer service supervisor - so questions might be different for different roles - first question give an example of having resilience at work, second question give an example of dealing with a challenging situation at work. - there are 2 questions - at the start there is an opportunity for a short profile where you talk about your self and qualifications etc
