You just can get on one of those rocks that are a little more sideways so you just can sit on them with a fire and survive wolfs/lizards and you won’t have to worry about dying of those 2 creatures

That white cucumber looking thing can be eaten without a knife. You have to hold it in both hands and snap it. You can cook it to get more hunger.
