Kindle Scribe is better for writing experience and got my BOOX Go 10.3 last week and use both scribe and go 10.3 now. Paper free on the go :)

Hi Boox. I like the Boox Go, but I really wish you had a 13.3 inch version. 10.3 inches is too small to read PDFs long term. Please note that the Note Max is not what I what for the following reasons: 1) The left bezel is too big. I am not interested in attaching a keyboard. 2) BSR cannot be disabled. Battery drain is too much with BSR.

Just ordered the Palma 2 on Amazon! I would’ve grabbed the Tab Ultra C Pro too, but you guys release new models so fast-don’t want to get caught out there. Gonna wait a few months to see if a Tab Ultra C Mini *pro* or Tab Ultra D pro comes out.

Make a go 10.3 with a backlight!! I was sold on that until I saw it had no backlight 🤦🏻‍♂️ wtf even is the point of an e-reader with no light. Bought a kindle scribe instead. A 8.5-9 inch palma would also be super cool to compete with folks using an ipad mini for a slightly bigger size, but those of us who don’t want a “notebook”. I don’t draw or write, I just want an 8.5-9.5 inch READER with backlight/warm light.

I've used the Note Air 3c for a year. Overall, I'm happy with it, although I wish the colors were less muted. I sync files via OneDrive. The one thing I "struggle" with is to have the 3c sync back highlighting and comments I make in pdf files. It would be great to see one of your great instructional videos on how this is done.

I only owned the NA3C for a short period, but this worked fine for me using the Google Drive integration (NOT the app). I did the reading/annotating in NeoReader, and when I closed the doc the annotations all synced back to the document in G-Drive.

Older devices work great... however their mechanical strength is very poor on the more expensive / newer devices. I spent a fortune on a Tab Ultra C Pro and the screen broke, in my bag in the cover because apparently i put too much pressure on it. Boox has refused to repair it and put the legal terms in front of me.... And that is when other manufacturers are posting videos with their devices being thrown a few meters and nothing happens.

Why I can't write notes when i Make MARKS while audio recording is going on ? Why ? Please add audio recording, with notes writing simultaneously, so that i can watch my notes replay when i play the finished audio recording of, say, a lecture . HANDWRITING & AUDIO of lecture in sync should play simultaneously . In summary, whenever I click any handwritten notes, relevant part audio plays, without even needing the MARKS , ny handwritten notes should act as the AUDIO MARK itself ? ( corresponding to the time when handwritten notes was taken )? .. You can take inspiration from an called NOTABILITY on iPad. Please add it soon as without this recording meetings is of no importance to the native NOTE app.

You can choose US or EU or Vietnam server. No China choice at all, which is strange. Mine came on US by default.

Not Max would be the best for reading and writing, worth waiting. With regard to color e-ink tablets, tab ultra c pro is still the most versatile because it can scan text (and e-ink tablet is all about working with text). Btw, Boox, should we wait for new e-ink monitors with BSR technology?

PLEASE make a smaller version of this tablet - one that is lighter and easier to hold than the Tab Mini C, and with a snappy processor. Battery life does not matter - we aren’t using these hiking!

What the heck is going on with the 13.3 Note Max? Why announce it without making it available? Why claim it's "sold out" on Boox Store when it has never even been available for ordering? You guys are really giving the impression something odd is going on with the Note Max -- like some hardware-breaking bug or defect was discovered after you manufactured a few hundred thousand of them and now you're delaying release to see if you can develop a software fix to compensate for the hardware defect... lack of transparency about what's going on with the Note Max just leaves us wondering...

Guys, help me pls, so I accidentally locked my poke5 and have to enter a password on it. The problem is that the keyboard doesn't show up. I tried to do a factory reset from recovery mode, but it told me to move up/down using the volume button. Poke5 doesn't have any volume button, so how can I move up/down? 😭
