Older guy here-you are absolutely spot on, you make so many great points here and I'm impressed with your mature attitude, it's very refreshjng. I've never been into pubs and clubs but I've watched the going out/ drink/drugs culture just grow out of control since the late 80s. I drink once or twice a year now on special occasions. It's a waste of potential, money and highly dangerous especially for young girls. It's probably 'sexist' to point this out but they are in denial about some of the situations they are making themselves prey to.

imagine going to the club to celebrate failure and use alcohol as a escape route while not only effecting your mental but physical self whilst being out of pocket, I totally agree w you in my opinion.

I was under the impression that clubs were disappearing because of Tinder and Bumble. Clubs really were just the meat market of the pre 2010s.

I dont drink or go clubbing but just to offer some perspective, yes it looks pointless from the outside but what they are doing is trying to fulfill their needs for social interaction because they lack that in their lives. This can be addiciting and lead them to negativity impact their lives in other ways. I can say this because other people say what I do cannot possibly be fun and is only harming my life. But they dont see things from my point of view. Yes you can say that objectively clubbing is ruining society because people are wasting too much time on it, but you have to understand that these people do enjoy what they do, so you should instead focus the question, why do so many people feel like they need to drink and go to the club every weekend? Which you do touch on in the video, it's because everything sucks rn.

I’m Muslim so I’ve never drank or been to music festivals etc. I’ve always felt like the odd-one-out for not participating in this culture so it’s interesting hearing your thoughts

Same I thought I was gonna go to music festival, but I realised that how overpriced tickets just for people to get drunk in a music festival. Also, well nowadays im not interested in music festivals. Also, I probably would get sick the next day so yh lol. I guess my mom was right about it and kept me away from it.

Booze & Clubbing..Nah when your young that's how your supposed to roll....It's Tiktok and certain varieties of Social Media that's more of an issue (for some)

Question - Or is it the designed system/model that destroys young people and why?
@BILUPPSMASTER0327 күн бұрын
I completely disagree with all of the notable points but agree with one, booze in the form of beer and fun in the clubs is a despicable waste of resources and time as you have to preform social interaction. However the feeling from a distinguished ale or butterbeers shared between follower NPCs in the exquisite taverns of wold of warcraft it an immaculately great experience

I do wonder as someone has family that owned propety outside the UK in tourist region where you do wonder what the reputation young people from the UK is because of the prolbems assciated with drunken antics such as having accidents requiring treatment accident & emergancy department at the local hospitals etc. Is part of the problem drinking culture in the UK
