Bong Bopha two weeks ago I tried to make it and it was not good. Bai maon is definitely one of my favorite khmer dish. But I will follow your step by step and try to do right this time. My rice was soggy and I know it’s because I didn’t out enough rice in the pot. Out of curiosity how many cups of rice did you put Bong?
