Yeah i've run into some weird stuff going on with dealers as well. We also got our first patch today. If you ask me, i'd say daily videos for the first week or so as new people start playing the game; I (also) watch the videos to look for things i might've missed while playing. He actually shows how to do it correctly; You drag and drop the dope in the dead drop and then click on the dealers icon to assign him/her to that dead drop.
